I’ve been avoiding it like the plague – but fact is, Easter is upon us.
2017 is just flying by!
These little guys are delicious and all you’ll need is a handful of ingredients and 15 minutes. This recipe makes around 20, depending on the size of your nests. I will often double the recipe, one lot for home, one for Easter Sunday lunch with the family.
INGREDIENTS:
1 x pack Changs original fried noodles
2 x tablespoons peanut butter (we use smooth)
200gm melting chocolate (I’ve always used milk or dark, but this year we tried white chocolate and they were our favourite batch yet!)
1 x pack Cadbury mini eggs
METHOD:
Melt chocolate and peanut butter together in a microwave safe bowl and stir to combine.
Pour over noodles and mix until noodles are thoroughly coated.
On a sheet of greaseproof paper, make little teaspoon sized ‘nests’
Pop 2-3 eggs on top of the nests. You’ll need to work fast as the chocolate sets quickly.
Set aside for half an hour before you tuck in!
