On Sunday we celebrated Father’s Day. 

We began the day as we usually do. Creeping around the house until about 9am, so Andrew can have a sleep in. Waking him with gifts the kids have picked at their schools Father’s Day stall, as well as a little something from me. Handmade cards with truckloads of love and thought poured into them. Little drawings and his favourite chocolates.

We snapped our annual Dad’s Day photo. It’s the 5th year I have been doing this, and I just love looking back over the years. (The hashtag on instagram is #ABsFathersDay)

We enjoyed a cooked brunch at home before heading out for the afternoon, and finally ending the day with my Dad at our place for a roast dinner – his choice, pork.
All in all, a lovely day had with the most special men in our lives.

Super cold here in Victoria this week, we even had snow yesterday!
